We start by understanding your project, priorities, site and budget. From there we develop a detailed scope and work through the design, selections and construction requirements that will influence the cost.
For new builds, we offer a staged consulting service with three rounds of costings from an initial guide through to a detailed proposal. Along the way, we work closely with you and your design team to identify design, engineering and performance requirements before construction begins.
We believe in clear, transparent pricing so you understand what is included, where allowances or provisional sums apply, and what may affect the final cost. The more information we can establish early, the more accurate your quote will be.
Every project is different, and timing depends on the scope, selections, approvals and our current workload. Smaller renovations, such as bathrooms, may be ready to commence within 4-6 weeks once selections are finalised. New homes and larger extensions typically require more time for design, planning and approvals, with construction potentially commencing around 4-6 months from the start of the process. The entire process from construction to completion can take anywhere between 8-18 months.
